SCHOLARSHIPIt is written in our charter documents that we are to give scholarship. Our committee works diligent to ensure that we fulfill this duty. Annually we give scholarship to a graduating senior of Lahainaluna High School through its foundation. These scholars are then given membership for the year, so that they may learn more about the association and our club. As a member in good standing, they are then eligible to receive our members scholarship, if they are continuing their educational journey.
Our club does not do this work on its own. We are grateful to community partners like Betty's Beach Cafe and Smokehouse BBQ, Lahaina. |
Member ScholarshipIf you are a Lahaina Hawaiian Civic Club member in good standing, you are applicable for our higher educational scholarship.
Returning ScholarshipIf you have previously received our club scholarship, please use this application to apply.

In 2014 the club was able to award 5 scholarships totaling $1,500.00 to Kylie Keale-Smith, Kaena Murray, Lithe Pokipala-Waiohu, Ho'olai'ikeao Cabanilla and Nikki-Lee Asio. The 5 scholarships were made possible through the support of Bettys Beach Cafe, the Lahaina Town Action Committee and Lahaina Town Second Friday event. The club invites you to Join them every Second Friday for an ono kalua pig bowl - proceeds help to support their scholarship.
